The organisers of the Mad March Hare event need you! Chairperson Margaret Nicholson explains how you can help…
The Mad March Hare is a fun 5km or 10km event for walkers, joggers and runners now in it’s 6th year. The event is organised by a team of volunteers and we are currently recruiting entrants and also volunteers.
We have two aims, firstly to raise funds for Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Wiltshire. In our first 5 years we have raised over £52,000 and our second aim is to provide an event that will inspire people to take up an active lifestyle.

Thanks for getting in touch Margaret! This looks a good event for both our running/walking enthusiasts and also those looking to volunteer. Note that the event takes place at Lydiard Park, Swindon and all abilities, families, children in buggies and dogs are welcome.
