Britain’s Personal Best: What’s Yours?

BRITAIN-PB-BANNER-1[1]We’ve heard a lot about personal bests recently and enjoyed seeing many of them set at the Olympics and Paralympics last year – especially Michael Jamieson’s!

Now there’s an opportunity for YOU to set your own personal best by joining Britain’s Personal Best. This is a great London 2012 legacy event designed to get everyone striving to set, meet and even exceed a goal.

It doesn’t have to involve sport either: it could be raising money for your favourite charity, being brave in some way, volunteering for something, or taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle. It could involve science, or the arts, or education. It’s whatever you want it to be, as long as the idea is a positive one. It’s time to dust off that bucket list and achieve something you’ve always wanted to do!

The event takes place from the 4th to the 6th of October – we’ll add this one to the Events Diary, so you can easily find the information again 🙂

And if you do sign up, don’t forget to tell us all about what you decide to do!
