The Temperature’s Rising…

The Community Week fundraising thermometer is showing a new total!

The fantastic sum of £34,116 is the position at the end of May, so it’s very likely we’re already over half way towards this year’s goal of £70,000 on the eve of Community Week. We’re all delighted with everything that’s going on across all locations 😀

Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to Community Week so far and good luck to those of you with fundraising events taking place in Community Week and beyond.

We’re standing by on Dispatches to report the good news about all your efforts. No matter how small or large the amount raised they all contribute to the total and demonstrate a fantastic team effort. Remember, by telling us all your news about your event by filling in a publicity form, you’ll receive a further £20 to support your nominated charity. It’s not often the act of filling in a simple form can help to make a difference!

Congratulations on everyone’s efforts so far and for sending in news of your activities. I’m sure when all the contributions from the exciting events held during Community Week come in, we’ll be well over the half way mark to this year’s goal. Fantastic!
